A: Not typically, WebTraf's fee for you to access services or the internet via Ezi-Web is mostly paid by the location or provider. Once created, accounts remain accessible to you and you can still log into the account via www.ezi-web.com but you will only be able to get online or access other charged services such as SMS (access your account is always free) at any host location if you have an adequate balance of pre-purchased credits for Pay As You Go (PAYG) charges or a pre-paid Plan, where and when these options are offered at a participating location.

"There is no minimum account life with Ezi-Web but if an account is not used for 6 months it will be closed and the balance forfeit and any residual balance will be taken as a closure fee by WebTraf Pty. Ltd.".

A: Yes, Ezi-Web is a partnership between the provider of an Ezi-web location and WebTraf Pty. Ltd. WebTraf hosts and manages the Internet accounts, your available account balance and the collection of costs to you.

Q: How does Ezi-Web work?

Q: How do I know how many megabytes, credits or time I have used?
A: Ezi-Web provides a usage meter of time and megabytes used. You can view all your previous usage account details from the Ezi-web Website at www.ezi-web.com.

Q: Can I access emails or my VPN service?
A: Any send and/or receive email processes should be able to be performed directly from your email or browser i.e. MS Outlook or similar. If you use a VPN to access files or work should happen seamlessly,
Ezi-Web should allow you access without any settings being altered or added.

Q: Do I have to alter any settings on my computer to access the Internet via Ezi-Web at a participating location?
A: Your Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) needs to be set to "Obtain IP Address Automatically" and "obtain DNS server address automatically", finally ensure you have no proxy settings . Nearly all laptops have this already set automatically by default.
If you do not connect first time with absolute ease, please check your settings and correct them. If your settings are in order restart your computer and try again.
In some cases, if you can still not connect you may need to check your personal firewall restrictions on your computer or other connecting devise you may be using.

Q: What is the difference between megabyte charging and existing time base charging facilities?
A: Public Internet access services can supply differing access speeds from location to location. Time base value can vary greatly from one service to another.
Megabyte monitored usage ensures each megabyte you require is charged at the same price regardless of the access speed delivered by the service.
